1 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
4 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, & vanilla together. Sift flour with salt & baking powder. Mix well. Add nuts and mix. Put in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours to firm. Then, shape dough into 4 elongated rolls and place on greased large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until light brown. Slice into ½” thick slices while warm. Lay each slice on the side & sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Return to oven and bake for about 15 minutes to dry out.
