1 ½ cups matzoh meal
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups water
½ cup oil
4 eggs
Combine matzoh meal with salt and sugar. Bring oil and water to a boil. Add to matzoh meal mixture and mix well. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time. Allow to stand 15 minutes. With oiled or wet hands, shape into rolls, and place on a well grease cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 8-12 depending on size
