12 oz egg noodles
3 Tbsp sugar
12 oz apricot preserves
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
dash of salt
1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
Boil noodles. Drain and rinse well. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients to
eggs. Add in noodles. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with cinnamon and
sugar, and bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350.
Note: If using a 16 oz package of noodles, add another egg and use 4 Tbsp sugar,
1 1/2 tsp vanilla, lemon and cinnamon.
