mixed vegetable quiche

1 deep dish pie shell
3 eggs
10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
onion powder, garlic powder, pepper to taste

Coat unbaked pie shell w/egg and pierce all over w/a fork. Bake according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables w/remaining ingredients. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until fluffy and golden brown
