20 stuffing mushrooms
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1/3 cup flavored and unflavored bread crumbs
1 egg white
Separate stems from tops of mushrooms. Chop stems. Sauté onions,
then add chopped stems and chopped garlic. When everything is done, add
bread crumbs.
Cool.
Add egg white to bind. Stuff cleaned mushroom caps.
Dip bottom of mushrooms in oil.
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
