PIE CRUST

2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

Mix flour and salt. Pour oil and water into one cup measure. Do not stir. Add all at once to flour. Stir just until mixed. Roll into a ball. Flatten slightly. Chill if desired. Place between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Roll gently to make a circle. Peel off top paper. Flip crust into pie plate and peel off bottom paper. Pierce bottom and side with fork. Bake in preheated 425 oven for about 10-15 minutes. Recipe can easily be doubled or cut in half.
