GLazed acorn squash

3 small acorn squash
3 eggs
3/4 stick margarine
1/2 cup pareve milk (soy milk)
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
Optional - add a dash of nutmeg, vanilla, or cinnamon

Cut squash in half and place in a pan w/about 1 inch of water. Cover and bake at 350F until shell can be pierced w/a fork. (The squash can also be cooked in a microwave oven.) Cool and scoop out the squash into a bowl. Add other ingredients and bake at 350F for about 30-45 minutes.

I use slightly less margarine and sugar.
