Grandma's Matzoh farfel
- 1 Box (8 cups) Farfel
- 4 Eggs
- 3 onions sauteed in fat
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 3-4 cups liquid or as needed (1/2 soup and 1/2 water)
This recipe has been passed down through the generations in my family!
We all called it "Grandma's Farfel" - I don't know where it came from before
her. She made it, my mother made it, I made it for years, and now my daughter
has taken over. We make it every year for seder.
