applesauce

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup applesauce
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (I use Nestle Chocobake - liquid)
12 oz chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients together and mix thoroughly by hand until well blended. Grease pan (bundt, 10" tube, 9x13" or 2-8" squares
all work well).
Bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes.
