Brisket (Pot Roast)

4 pounds brisket or top of the rib
12 ounces tomato juice
1 package onion soup mix
pepper
garlic powder
ketchup

Coat pan with small amount of juice. Place meat in pan and top with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and cook about 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 350°F. Slice meat and put back in gravy until done (about another hour, depending on size of meat)
